No, the Legion isn't involved in Brightest Day. I just really loved the way Joe drew Garth in the issue of Action Comics, and one of my side endeavors with sketch collecting is to get at least one sketch of every version of Garth by Joe. And a couple of versions that haven't appeared in official media.
